Martin Otsa is part of East Capital’s real estate team and is responsible for investment management in the Baltics and asset management in Estonia. He has more than 20 years of experience in real estate including valuation, leasing, project development, construction- and investment management.
Martin holds a master’s degree in civil engineering and economics from Tallinn Technical University. He speaks Estonian, English and Russian.
