Pille joined East Capital in 2013 and is the analyst at East Capital Baltics AS, the management company of East Capital’s Baltic real estate funds. She is responsible for new acquisitions’ analysis, budgeting and follow-ups, investor, managerial and other reporting for the investments across Baltics amongst other tasks.
Pille has previously worked 6 years at Swedbank, Estonian leading commercial bank as a credit analyst for various businesses, including last 3 years with real estate companies. Her main tasks included working through credit applications, preparing materials and recommendations for credit decisions and sector research. Pille has also worked in cash management and treasury area at Statoil Fuel & Retail Europe (now Circle K Europe) finance centre located in Tallinn
Pille holds university degrees from the leading business universities in Estonia - BA in Economics from Tallinn University of Technology and MSc cum laude in International Financial Management from Estonian Business School. She is fluent in Estonian and English and speaks some Russian and French.
