Johan Elam joined East Capital Group in early September 2025, where he has been part of the Emerging Europe team. On 1 February 2026, he joined Espiria’s portfolio management team as a Research Analyst focusing on global equities.

Prior to joining East Capital, Johan worked as an Analyst at Ursus Real Estate Management and previously gained experience in investment banking and real estate development.

Johan holds an MSc in Accounting, Valuation and Financial Management from the Stockholm School of Economics.
