Peter van Berlekom

Peter van Berlekom is the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at Espiria, a part of East Capital Group. Peter has the overall responsibility for Espiria's strategies, focusing on global equities. He has a career spanning more than three decades, bringing extensive experience in both investment management and ESG. 

Before joining East Capital Group, Peter held several prominent roles, including overseeing Nordea’s European, Nordic, and Swedish investment management. Prior to that Peter served as Head of Equity Management at Alecta. In 2015, Peter was named Manager of the Year by Morningstar and Dagens Industri in the Sweden Large Cap category. Peter has also worked as a senior portfolio manager in equities at Erik Penser Bank.
