Pille joined East Capital in 2013 and is currently heading the sustainability work at East Capital Real Estate. Previously she was responsible for the analysis and reporting of our real estate funds and portfolio holdings.

Pille holds university degrees from the leading business universities in Estonia - BA in Economics from Tallinn University of Technology and MSc cum laude in International Financial Management from Estonian Business School. Prior to joining East Capital, Pille worked at the corporate lending department in Swedbank as well as at the finance center for Circle K Europe located in Tallinn. She is fluent in Estonian and English and speaks some Russian and French.
